五、 蒸汽疏水阀安装
Five, steam traps installed
1、 安装时疏水阀壳体上(或铭牌上)标注的箭头应与所排凝结水流向一致。疏水阀应水平安装,切勿倒置或倾。双腔式疏水阀可根据用户需要设计立式安装结构。

2、 疏水阀前应加必要附,以便检修参考蒸汽疏水阀安装示意图。正常运行时,旁通阀关闭,进口阀开启。检修时旁通阀开启,进口阀关闭。

3、 疏水点应设置在设备或管网的最低点。

六、 蒸汽疏水阀的选用

正确选型是用好疏水阀的前提,选择疏水阀应着重考虑以下几点:

1、 疏水点的最高工作压力和最高工作温度,以确定疏水阀的公称压力等级和壳体材质,按连接方式便可确定疏水阀型号。
1, the hydrophobic point of the maximum working pressure and the maximum operating temperature, to determine the nominal pressure rating and shell material of trap, according to connection can determine trap model.
2、 根据疏水点需要排除的凝结水排量,乘以2-5倍选用倍率即为选用疏水阀排量。

3、 蒸汽干管以及虹吸式出水换热设备宜选用双腔式蒸汽疏水阀。

4、 一台换热设备应独立安装一只疏水阀,不能几台换热设备共用一只(或者几只) 疏水阀。
